Scuba Refresher

Underwater Dive Center has a very unique Scuba Review course. This class allows you to refresh your water, knowledge development, and equipment skills during a 5 to 6 hour Refresher class.
Are you someone who has recently gotten certified but would like to have a skill review? We do offer a pool-only Refresher Course. You can simply join in on any scheduled Refresher pool sessions. This is designed for those that were certified in a year or less. You will practice all the skills you learned during your Open Water class and receive some help in any troubled areas.
What You Learn…
Our Full Scuba Review program consists of two parts – a Knowledge Review and a Confined Water Skills review. The Knowledge Review segment covers the basic safety information divers learn during your entry-level training. You will use the ReActivate eLearning online program (included in course) to independently test your knowledge. The Confined Water (pool) Skills review allows you to practice basic scuba skills. The Pool-only Refresher course will take you through the basic scuba skills, help you fine tune your buoyancy and go over any additional skills you may want.
With guidance from one of our professional Instructors or Dive Masters, you will update and fine-tune your diving ability. This course is extremely helpful if you are planning on getting back into diving, going on an exciting get-away dive vacation, or planning on doing some local diving.
What You Need…
The Refresher course is totally inclusive. If you have any of your own equipment, it is recommended that you bring it along so we can make sure you are comfortable in your equipment. We will need a copy of your certification card.
The Learning Materials You Need…
PADI ReActivate eLearning Code (included in the course fee)
You may need your RDP (Recreational Dive Planner), Dive Tables, eRDP, or Dive Computer.
Prerequisites…
- PADI Open Water Diver or Junior Open Water Diver certification (or have a qualifying certification from another organization)
- Be 12 years old or older
